Ready Made Shop Warranty
Katy's Cache will make general and normal alterations to any Katy's Cache garment bearing the shop label.  Katy's Cache will repair repairable normal wear and tear for the life of your garment. Customer is responsible for postage to and from the shop and any materials needed for repair.
Any items returned for alteration or repair must be clean and free of any pet hair. Garments that are dirty or have any pet hair will not be worked on and will be sent back.

If you chose the incorrect size, you may exchange for the correct size. It must be clean, never worn and free of pet hair.
 If your garment needs taking up or letting out a bit to make it just right, return it to me and I will make those alterations. Please contact me for instructions on how to mark or pin your garment before you mail it back.

Custom orders take at least 4 weeks and can take up to 8 weeks depending on workload.

All custom order sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges or store credit on custom orders.

Measurements for mail order custom work must be carefully made. The customer is responsible for taking correct measurements and filling in all the measurements listed on the Katy's Cache Measurements Worksheet. If there are questions about a measurement, please email or call.

The customer is responsible for informing Katy's Cache of weight loss or gain after an order is placed. Even just two to five pounds can make a big difference in the fit of your custom order!

For example, some people are not happy with their measurements and decide to lose weight, or for one reason or another( Holiday Parties?), experience a weight gain. In either of these circumstances, the customer is responsible for letting the Katy's Cache know that things have changed.
